MasterPeace Creative Studio, Eccleston Yards

In these monthly Sunday Art Clubs, children will learn how to master a pencil and paintbrush to create their own colourful piece of artwork. 

Students will begin the class with a few fun creative exercises, warming up their wrists and their imagination, experimenting with colours, lines and textures.

Hosted in an inspiring and calming art studio, this class is guided by one of our child-focused professional artists. Children will learn to draw and paint with a local master of the craft using brand new artist materials.

In this class, each child will have the opportunity to use a lightbox to guide them through each step of creating their own piece of artwork. After choosing which image they would like to paint, the lightbox will cast their chosen image onto a blank piece of A3 paper, ready for the student to bring their artistic vision to life! 

At MasterPeace we make creativity intuitive, playful, and rewarding, with a focus on confidence building. As well as mastering how to use sketching pencils and acrylic paints, children in this class will experience the enriching and empowering journey of creating their own abstract art.
 
Students will be given the space to socialise and connect over their shared love of play and creativity. 

These workshops are recommended for ages 6-9 however, older siblings are always welcome!

Getting creative can get very messy! Optional biodegradable gowns to protect the kids' clothing will be available in the class but we also recommend wearing scruffy clothes...paint stains are to be expected!

This playful art class helps children aged 6-9 explore their creative sides and find confidence through painting, drawing and sketching! 

Book a 90-minute pottery playdate for your little ones at a time that suits you, in our beautiful child-friendly studio with a professional artist.

We will begin the class with some warm-up exercises, helping to get everyone loosened up and comfortable with the clay as they learn to create their own little pinch pots.

The second part of the class can be customized to whatever your group would like to create… trinket bowls, animal sculptures. Learn the basic skills and techniques of sculptural hand-building as you create something you love, and experiment with different tools to help you mark-make on the clay, adding in further detail. 

We’ll be working with air-dry clay so your pieces can be taken home with you right after the class. Goodie bags are available to purchase which will include takeaway paints and brushes so you can paint your clay creations from home. Alternatively, please sign up to one of our drop-in sessions at the studio and we’ll help you bring your clay model to life.

Kids Pottery Party: Halloween Special

Our arty parties allow groups of up to 16 children to explore their creative sides in a safe and encouraging environment. Perfect for occasions like birthday parties and end of year celebrations!

At the beginning of each class, guests will have the opportunity to choose one of our 2 colourful and child-friendly images to paint. If you have a particular theme or image in mind, these can be printed off for you ahead of the event for a £2 supplement per head. 

Using special lightboxes as a guide, your children will learn to create their very own mini masterpieces, from start to finish (sketching to painting).

With the help of our child-focused professional artists, your children will learn to draw and paint using brand new artist materials, which will be theirs to keep after the class so that they can continue getting creative from home!

~ Venue Hire: Fancy hiring out the venue before or after your event for further celebrations? We can organise external catering and all guests are welcome to bring their own drinks & snacks to the studio, free of charge.

Private Kids Arty Parties

This class is brilliant for children aged 10 - 14. 

The group will receive personalised coaching from a professional artist as they work step-by-step through creating an acrylic painting of a photo of their choice, using a projector for that initial helping hand! Choose your own unique image or if preferred, your group can all paint the same image along together.

By using our signature light-box projectors, which connect to your phone and cast the image onto your canvas board, you can outline your photo effortlessly and be painting in no time.

This workshop includes complimentary fruity punches and guests are very welcome to bring any extra snacks they'd like, free of charge.

Our maximum capacity for these private arty parties in 10 people and each attendee must bring their own mobile device - any problems with this please do let us know!
